This week's blog for Christian women is a reflection on Esther as a Proverbs 31 woman. She was not only beautiful outside, but inside as well. Esther had the character that allowed her to serve God while in a position of great authority and influence. She did not lose her submissive nature which is a great contrast to Queen Vashti. As women of God our influence is not tied to being boisterous and fiery. On the contrary, we are much more effective when we adorn ourselves with the incorruptible beauty of a quiet and gentle spirit.
